christopher and molly were here this weekend. all around the house little things magically happened. a curtain rod was moved, insightful observation were offered, many many foto shoots were staged with ease.

one of the great things that christopher did while he was here was to observe that these two vents in our garage were pumping air out winter and summer. summer we want to cool down that attic, but winter we could use the escaping heat from the house in the garage. for example one of these vents is right over our enclosed breezeway. You can see how close the chimney to the wood stove in the breezeway is.

the garage and breezeway are much warmer. wow – physics.
