Growing Heart Farm is a small, regenerative vegetable  farm specializing in year-round greens production in the Harlem Valley of New York. We grow nutrient dense food on 2.5 acres with three high-tunnels, without the use of any chemicals or petroleum-based fertilizers. Our priority as small farmers is to sustain and build the health of the land by producing nutritious food for our community using regenerative methods.
