We’re actually very excited about snuggling down for the winter, but here’s a warm-weather photo anyway. The sunflowers were beautiful this year!
Sunday was hopefully our last field day for the year (though there is still plenty of branch clean-up after that snow storm). We pulled up and put away about half-a-field’s worth of drip tape; some floating row covers; fencing and posts; bean trellis; twine and row markers; harvest knives (we’d been looking for those!); and a random assortment of other things. There is some tool maintenance in our future (rust! oh my!), but other than that things are in good shape. Bring on the snow!
